Bill Gates, has climbed from garage inventor to holding company with Warren Buffet. He is the founder of Microsoft and a software extraordinaire. Instructions
- 1Send Mr. Gates an email. This is the quickest way and worth a try. Send an email to billig@microsoft.com. He will not be going through these emails himself, but if you write a compelling enough email you may get lucky and have it forwarded to him personally. Make sure you include your phone number in your email.
- 2Write Mr. Gates a letter. Use the following address: Attention Bill Gates, Microsoft Corporation: (MSFT), One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052. Make sure you include all your pertinent contact information such as phone number, email address and location address.
- 3Volunteer to work for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Getting a job working for the foundation will be beneficial to the people you help and will also get you closer to Bill Gates. You will be able to make contacts that can directly connect you with Bill Gates so that you can chat with him.
- 4Call the foundation if you are in the media and you need to talk to Bill Gates about an interview. Call 1-(206) 709-3400. Leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, article or interview deadline, media affiliation, and what questions you plan on asking Mr. Gates. During workdays the messages are checked every hour.
- 5Check for College Tours. Bill Gates has been on tour at various colleges throughout 2008. He is likely to continue that trend. Visit the colleges when he attends and talk to him there or call the college and get his contact information. They should at least be able to give you a number to his assistant or someone who handles his affairs. Some of the colleges he is visiting are: Harvard and University of Waterloo.
